Refund & Cancellation Policy Questions

Refund eligibility depends on the merchant's cancellation policy, payment method used, timing of the cancellation request, and applicable banking procedures.
For Pay at Property bookings, Rajaprana does not collect or process the payment. Any refund, cancellation, or dispute must be handled directly between you and the Property or Merchant.
If a merchant processes payment through their own gateway, refund requests must be submitted directly to the Merchant. Rajaprana does not control the refund process in such cases.
For bookings paid through Rajaprana-managed payment gateways such as DOKU or REDDOT Payment, refunds are processed in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy, merchant approval, and payment provider regulations.
A refund may be approved if the booking qualifies under the applicable cancellation policy, the merchant confirms the refund where necessary, and the transaction is verified by Rajaprana and/or the payment provider.
Once approved, refunds are initiated through the original payment channel. Processing times typically range from 7 to 30 business days, depending on the payment provider, bank, or financial institution involved.
Where permitted by law and disclosed during booking, administrative fees, processing fees, bank charges, payment gateway fees, and currency conversion fees may be non-refundable.
If you fail to attend or use the booked service without prior cancellation (No-Show), the booking may be treated as non-refundable according to the applicable merchant policy.
Refunds related to circumstances beyond reasonable control such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or civil unrest will be handled in accordance with the merchant's policy and applicable regulations.
